Reservations

Reservations are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee transportation until confirmed.

Pricing

Prices shown are estimates unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Additional stops
• Waiting time
• Cleaning fees
• Damage caused by passengers
• Toll roads
• Airport fees
• Parking expenses

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

• Arrive at the pickup location on time
• Treat drivers respectfully
• Wear seat belts
• Follow all applicable laws

Passengers may not:

• Smoke or vape inside vehicles
• Consume illegal substances
• Damage vehicles
• Threaten drivers
• Carry illegal items

Vehicle Availability

Don VanVico reserves the right to substitute vehicles of similar or greater capacity when necessary.

Delays

Traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, and other unforeseen events may affect arrival times. Estimated arrival times are not guarantees.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service when necessary for:

• Safety
• Illegal activity
• Harassment
• Intoxication
• Violation of company policies

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Don VanVico unless otherwise noted. No reproduction is permitted without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Don VanVico shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma unless otherwise required by applicable law.
